Richard T. Kotomori Jr. M.D. received his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship and General Psychiatry Residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance California after completing medical school at Howard University and obtaining his BA in Genetics and Minor in Spanish Literature from the University of California at Berkeley.
